Angelika Kempter-Wright Obituary

Angelika Kempter-Wright (Kempter) Born on 1 August 1959 in Ulm (Donau), Germany Went to Heavens Paradise on 5 May 2019. Angelika is preceded in death by her father Johann Baptist Kempter of Nersingen-Leibi, Germany. 

She is survived by her husband Danny Wright of Hope Mills; her children Vicky Wright, Inga Errett and husband Joshua, Helen Wright, Timothy Wright, and her step-daughter Veronika Wright;her Granddaughter Layla Errett; her mother, Paula Kempter and her siblings Martina, Markus and Rolf of her home country Germany.
Angelika was a loving wife, mother, and Oma. She was an independent strong woman dedicated to the cohesiveness of the family unit and success of each individual member.Being the dedicated military wife that she was, she sacrificed more than anyone should have to for multiple years to support her Soldier husband. She was an advocate for her children whether it was for extra curriculum activities, higher lever learning, or basic human dignity. When she engaged in any sort of controversy you could count on her being prepared to do battle and achieve victory.
Angelika graduated in 1984 from Fachhochschule, Rosenheim earning the professional title of “Diplom-Wirtschaftsingenieur (FH)”. She held many positions in her profession in multiple corporations. She also obtained an associate degree from Barstow Community College, Barstow, California and obtained Teaching Credentials from Chapman University in Victorville, California.
On numerous occasions throughout her life Angelika volunteered her free time. She supported different organizations to improve the lives of others through education, compassionate care, and assisting in school and office settings. She taught high school and was a substitute teacher. She could not be idle in life and looked for opportunities to make a difference and ultimately create a feeling of self worth.
Angelika enjoyed traveling and spending time outdoors taking long walks, bicycle rides, and swimming. Among other things one of her passions was the theatre, which she loved to share with her family. She enjoyed reading, especially to her children and granddaughter.
Throughout her short 59 year life, she touched the hearts of many in this world and will be truly missed by her family and friends.

Services to honor her life on earth and lay her to rest will be held 25 May 2019 at 1PM at Jernigan-Warren Funeral Home  545 Ramsey St, Fayetteville, NC 28301. Burial will be at Lafayette Memorial Park, 2301 Ramsey Street, Fayetteville, North Carolina following the services.
A celebration of her life will be at the home following the burial.
