Lilo was a wonderful wife, mother, grandmother and great-grandmother who emigrated to the United States from Berlin, Germany. A woman of great Faith who believed in the power of prayer, Lilo cherished her family, her “Sunday School Ladies” at Arran Lake Baptist Church, the caring team at Autumn Care in Fayetteville, loving visitors Marilyn Koval, Janet Wallace-Bartley and Annemarie Estep, and all beautiful friends over the years. During the Vietnam War, she helped oversee the inspection of bulletproof vests worn by the military.
