Fayetteville, N.C. Aaron David Watts, 58 of Fayetteville passed away on Tuesday, February 5, 2013 in the VA Medical Center in Durham surrounded by his loving family. David was a Navy veteran. Funeral services will be held on Friday, February 8, 2013 at 3:00 p.m. in Jernigan-Warren Chapel with the Rev. Todd Westfall officiating. Burial will follow in Lafayette Memorial Park on Ramsey St. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service on Friday at the funeral home. David is survived by his mother Elsie S. Rutan of Fayetteville, son Shannon Watts and wife Shannon of Cheraw, S.C., grandchildren: Breanna Watts, Cara Watts, Rhett Watts, niece Melissa Reed and husband Clint of Hope Mills, niece Dawn Marie Ishee of Texas, great nephew Shane Reed of Hope Mills, one aunt and several uncles and his beloved pet Angel. He was preceded in death by his twin brother Alan David Watts, father David N. Watts, sister Patsy Watts Sheppard and maternal grandparents Woodrow and Maggie Sutton. In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to Gethsemane Baptist Church 4300 Blanton Rd. Fayetteville, N.C. 28303Funeral services will be held Friday, February 8, 2013, at 3 pm in the Jernigan Warren Chapel. The burial will follow at LaFayette Memorial Park on Ramsey Street. The family will receive friends prior to the service from 2 to 3 pm at the funeral home.
