FAYETTEVILLE - Mrs. Agnes Hall Stephens, 80, of Fayetteville, died Tuesday, Feb. 1, 2011, in her home. Mrs. Stephens was born Oct. 3, 1930, the daughter of the late Grady Hall and Laura Parker Hall. She graduated from Salemburg High School in 1948. She graduated from Highsmith-Rainey Memorial Hospital School of Nursing in 1951. She worked as a registered nurse for 38 years and retired from the VA Hospital in Fayetteville after 30 years of service in 1990. She was a member of Temple Baptist Church since 1964. Funeral services will be held at 2:30 p.m. Thursday, Feb. 3, 2011, at Jernigan-Warren Funeral Home in Fayetteville with the Rev. Curtiss Tatum and the Rev. Leon Keefe officiating. Burial will follow in Lafayette Memorial Park on Ramsey Street. The family will receive friends from 1 to 2:30 p.m. Thursday at the funeral home. Mrs. Stephens is survived by her husband, William T. Stephens of the home; daughter, Donna S. Crabtree and husband David of Harlem, Ga.; son, William T. \\"Bill\\" Stephens and wife Wendy of Fuquay-Varina; sister, Lillan Massengill of Fayetteville; and four grandchildren, Ashlie Crabtree, Kaitlin Crabtree, Hunter Stephens and Connor Stephens.
