Mrs. Alene Rogers Cleaton, 88, of Fayetteville, died Thursday, Aug. 12, 2010, in Southeastern Hospice Center. Funeral services will be held Tuesday, Aug. 17, 2010, at 3 p.m. in Jernigan-Warren Funeral Home in Fayetteville. Burial will follow in Lafayette Memorial Park. The family will receive friends an hour prior to the service, 2 to 3 p.m. Tuesday at the funeral home. Mrs. Cleaton was preceded in death by her husband, Edward Cleaton; and daughter, Mary Phillips. She is survived by her brother, Leonard L. Rogers; sister, Elizabeth R. Baxley; grandchildren, Michael Guin and wife Autumn, Christopher and Steven Guin and Jennifer McLean and husband Brian; and great-grandchildren, Brittany, Caitlin, Jarred, Joshua and Chaeli.
