Alexander Ray Lewis, our beloved son, 22, of Fayetteville, passed away Thursday May 13, 2021 at Cape Fear Valley Medical Center.

Alex was born July 30, 1998 in Cumberland County to Faye Culbreth Lewis and Randy Scott Lewis. He was preceded in death by his paternal grandparents, Bobby and Laverne Lewis; and his uncle Steve Culbreth.

Alex pursued a career in construction. He had a passion for cars and enjoyed all things automotive.

He is survived by his loving parents, Faye and Randy Lewis; his sister, Jessica Murray and husband Patrick; his niece, Sophia Murray; his nephews Thomas and Theodore "Theo" Murray; his maternal grandparents, Kenneth and Donna Culbreth; his aunts Renee Snipes and husband Billy, Lisa Miller, and Bobbie Culbreth; and his great uncle Robert Cashwell.

A memorial service will be held Friday May 21, 2021 at 1PM at Jernigan-Warren Funeral Home with Pastor Brooks Grimes officiating.
