Mrs. Ann Wray Fail, 85, of Fayetteville, died Tuesday, January 16, 2007, in her home. Mrs. Fail was a graduate of Texas Women's University with a masters degree in science. She was also a member of Haymount United Methodist Church and a retired home extension agent with the Robeson County Agriculture Extension Service after 30 years of service. Services for Mrs. Fail will be at 1 pm Thursday, January 18, 2007, in Jernigan Warren Chapel with Dr. Brian Gentle officiating. The burial will follow at LaFayette Memorial Park. A visitation will be held Wednesday evening, January 17, 2007, from 6 to 8 pm at the funeral home. Mrs. Fail was preceded in death by her mother, father, two sisters, and a brother. She is survived by her beloved husband of 55 years, John Faison Fail of the home; daughters, Ramona Fail Robertson and her husband, James, of Fayetteville and Deborah O'Connor and her husband, Harry, of Kingston Springs, TN; seven grandchildren and three great grandchildren.
