Annie Belle Ruegsegger, 77, of Fayetteville passed away on Wednesday, May 26, 2021 with her beloved family by her side.

Annie was born June 20, 1943 in Conway, SC to the late Julie Mae and Ed Roberts. She was preceded in death by 30 siblings.

Graveside services will be held on Tuesday, June 1, 2021 at 2:00 pm at Cumberland Memorial Gardens with the Rev. Floyd Benfield, officiating. The family will receive friends at Jernigan-Warren Funeral Home from 12:30-`1:45 pm on Tuesday. She is survived by her son, Donnie Smith; daughters, Marilyn Parham and husband William, Bobbie Ann Smith and husband Mark; sister, Vivian Manske; stepson, Joey Waddell; stepdaughter, Tammy Waddell Case; 5 grandchildren; 5 great-grandchildren; and 1 great-great granddaughter.
