Arturo E. Leon, 79, of Fayetteville, died Saturday, April 19, 2008, in his home. Mr. Leon was retired from the U.S. Army and was a retired insurance agent. He was a member of Northwood Temple. He is survived by his wife, Louise Leon; his sons, Robert Leon and Danny Leon; his daughters, Barbara Mannon and Rita Houston; and seven grandchildren. He is also survived by two brothers, Albert and Tony; three sisters, Alice, Yolanda and Ofelia, all of Tucson, Ariz. There will be a graveside service held at Sandhills State Veterans Cemetery in Spring Lake on Wednesday, April 23, 2008, at noon. Officiating will be Dr. John Hedgepeth.
