Mrs. Audrey Long Olson, 71, of Fayetteville, died Thursday, October 19, 2006, in St. Joseph of the Pines in Southern Pines. Mrs. Olson was born on Feb. 14, 1935 in Rockingham to Oscar Preston and Bessie McDonald Long. A graveside service will be held at 11 am Tuesday, October 24, 2006, in Eastside Cemetery in Rockingham. Mrs. Olson is survived by her husband, Jerome \\"Jerry\\" Marvin Olson of the home; daughters, Teresa Olson Greyard and her husband, Alex, of Spiveys Corner, Nancy Olson Miller and her husband, Bill, of Easley, SC, and Amy Olson Greger and her husband, Mike, of Florence, Montana; son, Jerome \\"Jerry\\" Marvin Olson, Jr., and his wife, Michee, of Clayton; three sisters, Mary Killough of Hamlet, Ruby Lassiter of Rockingham, and Ina Mae Sellers of Laurinburg; and six grandchildren, Will and Matthew Miller, Mary Alex Greyard, Adam and Nancy Greger, and Meredith Olson. The family will receive friends from 7 to 9 pm Monday evening at the funeral home.
