Austin J. McMillan, 97, of Fayetteville, passed away Monday, Dec. 24, 2007, in Cape Fear Valley Medical Center. Mr. McMillan was born Oct. 10, 1910, in Bladen County, to George W. and Mittie Smith McMillan. He was a member of Breezewood Church of God of Prophecy and a member of the White Oak Ruritan Club. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by five brothers, Bill, Harry, Robert, Fred and Matron McMillan; and a sister, Lena Suggs.
