Betty Jo Seals Caid, a long-time resident of Fayetteville, NC, passed away at home on 21 September 2021 at the age of 90. She graduated from Fayetteville High School in 1949. She was an accomplished civil servant who completed her service as an executive secretary at Headquarters, Fort Bragg when she retired on 3 December 1988. She was a loving mother who devoted her life toward raising her three children: Charlene, Vanessa and Brian.

Betty Jo was beloved to all who knew her, especially her three children, thirteen grandchildren, and great grandson. She will be missed dearly by her many friends and extended family.

A service honoring her life will be held at Jernigan-Warren Funeral Home on Monday, September 27 at 2 PM.
