FAYETTEVILLE - Mrs. Betty June Smith, 76, of Fayetteville, died Saturday, May 23, 2009, in her home. Funeral services will be at 3p.m. Tuesday in Jernigan-Warren Funeral Home chapel in Fayetteville. Burial will be in Fayetteville Memorial Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 2 to 3 p.m. Tuesday at the funeral home. Mrs. Smith is survived by her husband, John Delbert \\"Jack\\" Smith Jr. of the home; a son, Rick Smith and wife Jan of Rocky Mount; three daughters, Pam Bedsole and husband Roger of Hope Mills, Sheila White and husband Danney of Hope Mills, and Helene Grillo and husband Ray of Hollywood, Fla.; a sister, Pat Arnette of Fayetteville; and five grandchildren, Robert Smith and wife Kristy, Roger Bedsole III and wife Ashley, Rebecca Sherron, Brandon Grillo and Zachary Grillo.
