Fayetteville, N.C. Mrs. Etta Blanche Parson Best, 83 of Fayetteville passed away on Tuesday, December 25, 2012 in Cumberland Nursing and Rehabilitation Center. Funeral services will be held on Friday, December 28, 2012 at 2:00 p.m. in Jernigan-Warren Funeral Home Chapel. Burial will follow in Hopewell United Methodist Church Cemetery in Newton Grove. Mrs. Best is survived by her daughters Pamela James and Melissa Staley and a brother Mack Parson and 2 grandchildren.
