Carolyn H. Kopf, 68, of Fayetteville, died peacefully Tuesday, November 13, 2007. She was a loving and devoted wife, mother, sister, friend and more. Funeral services will be held Friday afternoon at 1 pm in Jernigan Warren Chapel with Pastor Chris Hallaren officiating. The burial will follow at Post Cemetery on Fort Bragg. Mrs. Kopf was preceded in death by her loving husband, Col. James C. Kopf, as well as her parents, Mr. and Mrs. A.W. Hill, Sr and her sister, Rachel. She is survived by her three good children: sons, Jim Kopf and his wife, Lisa, and their children, Catherine and James, all of Reidsville; John Kopf and his wife, Crystal, and their children Christian "Johnny" and Caroline, all of Fayetteville; and daughter, Christine Kopf of Fayetteville. She also leaves behind 2 brothers, Aubrey Hill and family, and Jack Hill and family; her sister, Georgelle Burns and family; 2 brothers-in-law, Roy Strong and family, and Ed Kopf; and a sister-in-law, Vicki Burns and family. The family will receive friends Thursday afternoon from 4 to 7 pm at Jernigan Warren and following the funeral at John
