Carolyn Faye O'Neal, 52 Of hope Mills died thursday from complications with diabetes. Born Sept 5, 1954 to Daniel Vernie Harris and Marjorie Blackman Harris. She grew Up in a loving home and in 1973 she married Bobby O'Neal and began a family of her own having two sons, Brian and Bradley. Faye worked for over 20 Yrs af IFCO and for a few years at Somar Telemarketing where She worked as an insurance agent. She will always be remembered for her devotion to her family, her kindness to others, and her compassion to those in need. Faye died on thursday night at Cape Fear Valley medical Center after several weeks of illness. She is survived by her mother, Marjorie Harris of Fayetteville, her sister, Sharon Burton of Raleigh,her husband Bobby O'Neal, and her sons Brian and Bradley O'Neal all of Hope Mills. The family will receive friends from 7-9 pm on Saturday at Jernigan-Warren and the funeral will be held Sunday at 2pm at MT Carmel Pentecostal Baptist Church by Rev. Wiley Hughes and Rev. Gary Strickland, Burial will follow in Cumberland Memorial Gardens.
