Survived by: Sons Ronald Kelly, Joseph Kelly, Dewain DeGarmo, Ray Parker; daughters Virginia Lucas, Phyllis Kelly, Janet Newsome, Carrie DeGarmo, Tammy Parker; sisters; Mildred Sponel, Audrey South; brother Dennis South.Services: Graveside, 11 a.m. Thursday August 28, 2014 in Cumberland Memorial Gardens.
