FAYETTEVILLE - Charles Edwin Felmy, 84 of Fayetteville passed away Monday, April 10, 2017 in his home.

Charles was a retired senior master sergeant with the U.S. Air Force. He was a member of Christ United Methodist Church. He was preceded in death by his wife, Edith Felmy and daughter, Deborah Felmy.

Funeral services Thursday, April 13, 2017 at 1:00 p.m. in Jernigan-Warren Chapel with Rev. Donald Warren, officiating. The family will receive friends at the funeral home one hour prior to the service. Burial will follow in Lafayette Memorial Park on Ramsey Street.

Mr. Felmy is survived by his son, Larry L. Felmy of Hope Mills; daughters, Edith Hall and husband Ronnie of Tar Heel, Kathy Hall and husband Michael of Fayetteville, Karen Faulkner and husband Tommy of Hope Mills; sister, Ruth Heckel; grandchildren, Charles, Larry, David, Thomas, Michael, Andy, Chrystal, Kasia; 8 great-grandchildren.
