Charles Faircloth, Jr, 80, of Fayetteville, NC passed away on Friday, March 28, 2014.
He was a native of Fayetteville, the son of Charlie Faircloth & Ola Wood Faircloth. He was preceded in death by his Parents, his sisters, Eula Mae Baker, Helen Faircloth, Margaret Faircloth, Viola Hoffman, Edna Hemingway, Daisy Faircloth, Leola Hemingway, Brothers, Hinton Faircloth, William Earl Faircloth, Jesse Faircloth and Frank Faircloth.
Mr. Faircloth was a retiree of Kelly Springfield Goodyear Plant. He was a member of Camp Ground United Methodist Church, The Golden Elite & Grooms Gang there also. He enjoyed spending time with family and friends and will be missed by all who loved and knew him.
The family will receive friends on Tuesday, April 1, 2014 from 1:45pm to 3pm at Camp Ground United Methodist Church, followed by a funeral service in the church sanctuary at 3pm with the Rev Haywood Smith & Rev. Dennis Lamm officiating, burial will follow in Cumberland Memorial Gardens.
Survived by his wife of 61 years, Rogerlene Carroll Faircloth, a son, Steven Faircloth of Fayetteville, a sister Maggie Angle of Detroit, Michigan and numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.
In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to the "Steeple Fund" at Camp Ground United Methodist Church 4625 Campground Rd, Fayetteville, NC 28314The Family will receive friends on Tuesday, April 1, 2014 from 1:45pm to 3pm at Camp Ground United Methodist Church
Followed by a funeral service in the church sanctuary at 3pm
Burial will follow in Cumberland Memorial Gardens.
