Ms. Charlotte Marie Safran passed away Thursday, June 20, 2013, at Cape Fear Valley Medical Center in Fayetteville. Funeral services will be held Wednesday, June 26, 2013, at 11:30 am at Person St. United Methodist Church with Rev. Jane Jones officiating. The burial will follow at LaFayette Memorial Park on Ramsey Street. The family will receive friends prior to the service from 10 to 11:30 am at the church. She was preceded in death by her grandfather Mack Herring, Sr. She is survived by her parents, Pat and John Blanton; her loving children, Lauren, Patrick, Destin, Sydney, Mar'i, and Colin; she was blessed with her new grandson Logan. She is also survived by her brother, Pete Landreth and wife Kristen and her sister, Candace Candler; her maternal grandmother, Evelyn Page Herring; Uncle Mack Herring, Jr. and wife Mary, and Aunt Darlene McDuffie and husband Mike. All her hurt is gone away. Glory be to God. Flowers are welcome, but memorials may be made to Person Street United Methodist Church, 509 Person Street, Fayetteville NC 28301.
