FALCON - Chase Daniel Shambach, 1, of 8123 Fayetteville Road, died Monday, Oct. 11, 2010, in his home. A funeral will be held at 4 p.m. Friday, Oct. 15, 2010, in Fayetteville Assembly of God, with the Rev. Tommy Hall officiating. Burial will be in Fayetteville Memorial Cemetery. A visitation will take place from 7 to 9 tonight, Thursday, Oct. 14, 2010, at Jernigan-Warren Funeral Home in Fayetteville. He is survived by his mother, Jessica Cox; father, Rodney Shambach; maternal grandfather, David Cox; maternal great-grandmother, Helen Watts; maternal great-grandfather, Ambrose Edwards; paternal great-grandmother, Marilyn Ethel Johnson Cox; paternal great-great-grandmother, Ethel Johnson; paternal great-grandfather, William Cox; paternal aunt, Tammy Moore and husband Timothy; paternal uncle, James Shambach and wife Paula; and several aunts, uncles and cousins.
