Mrs. Chase Honeycutt Smith, 83, of Fayetteville, died Tuesday, Oct.17, 2006, at Cape Fear Valley Medical Center. A funeral service will be held Thursday, Oct. 19, 2006, at 4:00 pm in the Jernigan Warren Chapel with the Rev. Dr. John Tyson officiating. The burial will follow at LaFayette Memorial Park. Mrs. Smith is survived by her son, Stephen Smith and her daughter, Cheryl Weiner; and two granddaughters. The family will receive friends for one hour prior to the service on Thursday at the funeral home.
