Fayetteville, NC - Ms. Cheryl Dawn Rugg Little, passed away Thursday, March 13, 2014 at her residence. Memorial services will be held Thursday March 20th, 2014 at 11:00 a.m. at the Church of Jesus Christ Latter Day Saints on 6420 Morganton Road, Fayetteville, NC. Ms. Little is survived by her parents: Philip and Nancy Rugg; daughter, Kayla Rugg; sons: Joshua Taylor and wife Allison, Octavian Little, and L.H. Little III. and the childrens' father, L.H. Little; brothers, Michael Rugg and wife Debbie, Dwayne Rugg and wife Rose, Jon Rugg and wife Rachel, Brian Rugg and wife Jami; sisters, Lisa Sobieralski and husband Bruce, Annette Thomas and husband Nate, Jennifer Flynn and husband Mike, Tina Flores and Katie Burris. The family will receive friends for one hour prior to the service on Thursday, from 10-11 at the church.
