FAYETTEVILLE - Chestine Morris Adams, 87, of Fayetteville passed away Sunday, November 8, 2015. Visitation: Friday, November 13, 2015, 1:00 pm at Mt. Pisgah Baptist Church. Funeral: Friday, November 13, 2015, 2:00 pm at Mt. Pisgah Baptist Church, Fayetteville. Ms. Adams was preceded in death by her husband Grady Adams, Sr. She is survived by her son, Grady Adams, Jr. & wife Joyce of Fayetteville; daughter Cindy Leonard & husband Taylor of Centerville; six grandchildren, Justin Leonard of Centerville, Kelly Allis of Greenville, Travis Leonard of Lenoir, Michael Calkin of Christiansburg, VA, Staff Sergeant Jeremy Adams of Malmstrom AFB, Great Falls, MT and Laura Fields of Raleigh; three great grandchildren, Clark, Eli, and Tate Allis of Greenville.

Ms. Adams was employed at Christy Manufacturing for many years where she used her creative skills to design children's toys. She completed her career as a store owner and also operated a plant nursery. Ms. Adams was a long time member of Mt. Pisgah Baptist Church, she enjoyed her involvement with the Gray's Creek Women's Club, and loved the Mt. Pisgah Super Seniors.
