Christine R. Phillips, born on July 15, 1950 to David and Blanche Royal. Died Thursday, August 3, 2006. A funeral service will be held at 2:p.m. Saturday at Southview Baptist Church with the Revs. Wayne B. Chandler and Jane Jones officiating. The burial will follow the service at Lafayette Memorial Park West. Survivors; Husband, Jerry Phillips, son, Brian and his wife Kelly, sister, Sheila of Knightdale; brothers, David of Clinton, James of Korea and Harold of Gray's Creek. Friends and family will be received from 11:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. at the church on Saturday Aug. 5, 2006.
