Cindy Allen Sanderson, 56, of Fayetteville, passed away Saturday, April 29, 2017. She was born October 14, 1960, to the late Charles Jefferson Allen Jr. and Dorothy Butler Allen.

She is survived by her husband, Dr. William Sanderson; two sons, Allen Sanderson and wife, Allison, of Charlotte and Scott Sanderson of Fayetteville; sister, Judy Beth Allen of Brazil and partner, Dave Isaacs; and grandson, Caleb Allen Sanderson of Charlotte.

The family will receive friends from 6 until 8 p.m. Monday, May 1, 2017, at Jernigan- Warren Funeral Home in Fayetteville.

The funeral service will be at 11 a.m. Tuesday, May 2, 2017, at Village Baptist Church, with Dr. Bruce Martin and Rev. Nick Smith officiating. Burial will follow at Hunt Family Cemetery on South Robeson Road in Rowland, NC
