Clarence Howard Outland, 67 of Fayetteville, passed away on Friday, October 8, 2021.

Clarence was born on January 15, 1954, in Cumberland County to the late Cohen Howard Outland and Annie Long Outland.

He was a lover of all animals and had a passion for fishing. He was inquisitive and loved tinkering with projects starting many and finishing few.

He was a loving companion, brother and friend to all who knew him.

A Celebration of Life will be held Saturday, October 16, 2021, at 11 a.m. at Jernigan-Warren Funeral Home Chapel. He will be laid to rest in the family plot at Lafayette Memorial Park in a private service.

Clarence was preceded in death by his brother, Mark Cohen Outland.

He is survived by his companion of 30 years, Elizabeth Runyan and brother, James Outland.
