Clydia Strickland Smith, 92 of Fayetteville passed away peacefully on Wednesday, May 18, 2016 at her home surrounded by her loving family.

She is survived by her son, Otis (Mel) W. Smith Jr; daughters, Sara S. Brown and Denise S. Rasberry, her brother Futrell (Buster) Strickland, five grandchildren and three great grandchildren.

A memorial service will be held at Peace Presbyterian Church on Saturday, May 21st, 2016 with a visitation from 10am to 11am one hour prior to the service at the church. A private burial was held at Lafayette Memorial Park on Ramsey Street
