Major Curtis Alan Baker, US Air Force Retired, 60, of Fayetteville, died Thursday, March 26, 2009, at Cape Fear Valley Medical Center. Funeral services will be held Monday, March 30, 2009 at 10:30 am in Our Redeemer Lutheran Church with Rev. Tod Rappe officiating. The burial will follow at Sandhills State Veterans with military honors. He is survived by his wife, Brenda G. Baker; one son, Carl Alan Baker; his mother, Marie Gould; brother, Michael Baker; and sister, Susan Cayton; The family will receive friends from 6 to 8 pm Sunday, March 29, 2009, at Jernigan Warren Funeral Home.
