Mrs. Cynthia Hallman, 72, of Fayetteville, died Friday, November 16, 2012, at Cape Fear Valley Medical Center. Funeral services will be held Monday, November 19, 2012, at 11 o'clock am in Jernigan Warren Chapel. The burial will follow at Cumberland Memorial Gardens. The family will receive friends from 3 to 5 pm Sunday afternoon, November 18, at Jernigan Warren.
