Cynthia was born on February 3, 1952, in Chicago, Illinois to the late Walter and Sophie Lubas Mietkiewicz.
A private service will be held.
She is survived by her husband, Ken Pietrzyk; sister, Grace Litwicki and several nieces and nephews.
