Darrell Ray Bill, 57 of Fayetteville, passed away on Sunday, September 26, 2021, at Cape Fear Valley Medical Center.

Ray was born on November 12, 1963, in Cumberland County to the late William McKinley Bill, Jr. and Jewell Lee Bill.  He was Co-owner and Vice President of Billy Bill Grading Company. He enjoyed NASCAR, hunting and fishing.

He was a loving husband, father, brother, uncle, grandfather, and friend to all who loved him.

Due to COVID19, a private family service will be held.

He was also preceded in death by his nephews, Neill Franks, and Tyler Bill.

He is survived by his wife, Kim Bill; son, Justin Speck (Ericka); daughter, Alexis Vestal (Graham); brothers, Terry Bill (Kim), Dale Bill (Linda); sister, Debra McDuffie (Don); grandchildren, Dawson Speck, Amelia Speck, Nova Ray Vestal and numerous nieces and nephews.
