Dassie "Tony" Locklear Goins, 84, of Fayetteville went home to be with the Lord on Monday, May 30, 2016.

She served as church treasurer and was honored to be Mother of the Church for Seminole Holiness Church. Tony was born in Robeson County on September 13, 1931. She was preceded in death by her loving husband, John Thomas Goins.

Funeral services will be held Friday, June 3, 2016 at 1:00 p.m. in Seminole Holiness Church. Burial will follow in Sandy Ridge Cemetery. The family will receive friends at Jernigan-Warren Funeral Home on Thursday, June 2, 2016 from 7:00 p.m. until 8:30 p.m. She is survived by her children, Betty Nance, Pat Cashwell and husband Ronnie, John "Buster" Goins, Jr., Theresa "Cookie" Rivera and husband Hector, Chris Bedtelyon and husband David; one sister and four brothers; ten grandchildren and twelve great-greatchildren.

A hard working, excellent cooking and loving mother and grandmother; she will be greatly missed!
