The funeral will be held at 2pm on Tuesday October 4, 2011 in Oak Grove Pentacostal Holiness Church in Wade with Rev. Michael Couillard & Pastor Larry Smith officiating, burial will follow in Phillips Family Cemetery on Mudhole Drive.
