FAYETTEVILLE - Delio Fortich Castor, 81, of Fayetteville, died Tuesday, Oct. 25, 2011, at Cape Fear Valley Medical Center. Mr. Castor was retired from the US Coast Guard and was a member of St. Patrick Catholic Church. A funeral mass will be held at 10 a.m. Saturday, October 29, 2011, in St. Patrick Catholic Church with Monsignor Michael Shugrue presiding. The family will receive friends from 7 to 9 p.m. Friday evening with a Rosary to be recited at 8 p.m. at Jernigan-Warren Funeral Home in Fayetteville. He is survived by his wife, Sotera Castor of the home; son, Dennis Castor and wife Evelyn of Fayetteville; and a grandchild, Brian Castor of Fayetteville.
