Mr. Donald Philip "Phil" Kitts, Jr., 48, of Carolina Beach, formerly of Fayetteville, died Sunday, April 29, 2012, in his residence. A memorial service will be held on Saturday, May 5, 2012, at 5 o'clock pm in Jernigan Warren Chapel with Rev. Jeff Nelson officiating. Phil is survived by his son, Justin Philip Kitts of Carolina Beach; mother, Carolyn Kitts of Fayetteville; sister, Barbara Haynes and husband James of Tennessee; and several nieces and nephews.
