FAYETTEVILLE - Mrs. Doris Autry Hall, 86, of Fayetteville, died Monday, Sept. 27, 2010, in Highland House Nursing Home. Funeral services will be held on Friday, Oct. 1, 2010, at 2 p.m. in Haymount United Methodist Church with the Rev. Woody Wells officiating. Burial will follow in Lafayette Memorial Park on Ramsey Street. The family will receive friends from 1 to 2 p.m. Friday in the Commons Room at the church. Mrs. Hall had served in the Navy as a seaman first class. She was a faithful member of Haymount United Methodist Church and also a member of the United Methodist Women. She was preceded in death by her husband, Henry Fulton Hall; brother, J.W. Autry; and sisters, Elizabeth Hall and Dorothy Gaillard. Mrs. Hall is survived by her son, Jeffrey Hall and wife Laura of Stone Mountain, Ga.; daughter, Marilyn Hall Kelley and husband David of Fayetteville; sister, Betty Long of Fayetteville; four granddaughters, Eleanor Hall of Stone Mountain, Emily Hall of Ormond Beach, Fla., Kathryn Kelley of Raleigh, and Elizabeth Kelley of Fayetteville. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Haymount United Methodist Church, 1700 Fort Bragg Road, Fayetteville, NC 28303; or the United Methodist Women at the church.
