Dorothy Johnson Crist, 89 of Fayetteville passed away Sunday, January 1, 2017 in Cape Fear Valley Medical Center.

Dorothy was preceded in death by her husband, Robert V. Crist, Sr. and son, Robert Crist, Jr.

Funeral services will be Friday, January 6, 2017 at 11:00 a.m. in Jernigan-Warren Chapel. Burial will follow in Lafayette Memorial Park on Ramsey St. The family will receive friends at the funeral home one hour prior to the service from 10:00 a.m. until 11:00 a.m.

She is survived by her son, Rodney Crist and his wife Hildred "Hilly" of Fayetteville; granddaughter, Rhonda Crist of Longview, Texas; great-grandchildren, Kristen Manning and Brandon Manning; great-great granddaughter, Ryleigh Manning and sister, Lorena Huff of Fayetteville.
