Earl Ray Barnes, Jr. 65, of Fayetteville passed away Monday, September 12, 2016. Memorial services will be Saturday, September 17, 2016 at 12 noon in Jernigan-Warren Chapel.The family will receive friends at the funeral home one hour prior to the service.

Ray lost his battle with lung disease on September 12, 2016. He is survived by his mother, Bernice Barnes; his wife of 33 years, Donna; his son, Earl Ray III and wife, Amy; his daughter, Ashley and wife Elena and his brother, William. Ray's love of the bass guitar, fishing and hunting were his passion. His love of his mother, his children and his wife were his heart.
