Earl Jerry Lonsbury, Sr. 89, of Fayetteville, died Thursday, August 31, 2017.

A graveside service will be held Tuesday, September 5, 2017 at 2 p.m. at Lafayette Memorial Park. The family will receive friends and family following the graveside service. Earl was preceded in death by his wife of 48 years, Christine Pollock Lonsbury; sons, Earl Lonsbury Jr. and Ronald Allen Lonsbury. Surviving are his daughters, Sharon Edwards of Fayetteville and Kim Sithes of Florida; grandchildren, Dana Soule, Jason Blythe, James R. Edwards III and Patrick Edwards; great grandchildren, Jamie Edwards, Edwin "Eddie" Soule, Cricket Blythe, Ayden Blythe, Natalee Edwards, Seth Edwards and Ariel Edwards.
