Edward Sylvester Oxendine, Jr., 24, of Fayetteville died Monday, April 30, 2018.

He is survived by his parents; Edward S. and Melissa Oxendine Sr., Dallas and Jamie Tyree; sons, Noah and Konnor Oxendine; brothers, Blake and Riley Oxendine; sister, Julia F. Tyree; grandparents, Eugene and Sylvia Lowery, Ruby Blackwell, John Miles, Gene and Patricia Tyree, James and Glenda Gurno, James Faircloth.

Edward enjoyed music, skateboarding and soccer in his spare time. He dearly loved all his family, especially his mom, dad, his cherished sons and his first love, Kaci Souders. He will be missed deeply by all his family and friends.

Funeral services will be held on Friday, May 4, 2018 at 2 p.m. at Mt. Pisgah Baptist Church with Rev. Scot McCosh officiating. Visitation will be from 12 - 1:45 prior to the service at the church on Friday. Burial will take place at Cumberland Memorial Gardens after the funeral.
