Mr. Edwin B. "Eddie" Lee, 71, of Fayetteville, died Tuesday, October 25, 2016.

A funeral service will be held on Saturday at 11:00 a.m. at Jernigan-Warren Chapel with Pastor David Park presiding. The burial will follow at Cumberland Memorial Gardens with military honors. The family will receive friends at Jernigan Warren Funeral Home Friday from 7-9 p.m.

Ed has worked in business, restaurants and management. He also honorably served as a Captain in the US Army (1967-73) and in the Reserves (1973-76). He loved charity work, such as helping build churches and cooking Christmas meals at the Salvation Army.

He is survived by his wife of 36 years, Pam Lee; his son, Mark J. Lee and wife Dianna, of Raleigh; and two sisters, Angela Poon of San Jose, CA and Myra Snyder of Chicago, Il.
