Elizabeth \\"Betty\\" Morgan Coats, 75, of Fayetteville, died Tuesday, June 22, 2010, at Haymount Rehab and Nursing Center. Funeral services will be held Friday, June 25, 2010, at 11 am in St. Patrick Catholic Church with Monsignor Michael Shugrue officiating. The burial will follow in Cross Creek Cemetery #4. She was preceded in death by her husband, Rogers Coats and a son, John Thomas Morgan. She is survived by her three children, Denise Beasley and her husband, William, of the home, Michael Morgan of Indian Trail, and Chris Morgan and wife, Marian, of Fayetteville; six grandchildren, Elizabeth, James, Brittany, Jeanne, Christopher, and Mary Kate; and a sister, Catherine Patterson of New York. The family will receive friends Thursday evening from 6 to 8 pm at Jernigan Warren Funeral Home. The Rosary will be recited a 7 pm.
