Mrs. Emma \\"Bea\\" G. Roberts, 86, of Fayetteville, passed away Saturday, October 3, 2009. She was preceded in death by her daughter, Gail Roberts. The family will receive friends on Tuesday, October 6, 2009, at Jernigan Warren Funeral Home from 1 pm to 1:45 pm. A graveside service will follow at 2 pm in LaFayette Memorial Park on Ramsey Street by the Rev. Gene Tyree. She is survived by her beloved husband of 67 years, SGM Ret. E.L. \\"Robbie\\" Roberts of the home; son, Chuck Roberts and his wife, Liz, of Fayetteville, Georgia; six daughters, Glenda Brown of Winterhaven, FL, Cheryl Fox of Richmond, Va., Barbara Norris and her husband, Bobby, of Apex, Dottie Hudyma and husband, Mike, of Rocky Mount, Ginger Hepburn of Kill Devil Hills and Fran Anderson and husband, Ed, of Raleigh; 14 grandchildren and 7 great-grandchildren.
