FAYETTEVILLE - Mrs. Esther Crawford Call, 87, of 1834 Roxie Ave., and formerly of Princeton, W.Va., died Wednesday, Dec. 2, 2009, in N.C. State Veterans Nursing Home. Mrs. Call was an Army veteran of World War II and a member of Lakedale Church of God. She also retired from civil service. Funeral services will be held at noon Friday, Dec. 4, 2009, at Jernigan-Warren Funeral Home in Fayetteville with the Revs. Tim Gore and James Welker officiating. She will be laid to rest in Cumberland Memorial Gardens. The family will receive friends from 11 a.m. to noon Friday, Dec. 4, 2009, at the funeral home. She is survived by her son, Randolph Cloud and wife Pamela B. Cloud of Raleigh; daughter, Charlene Johnson and husband the Rev. Jerry Johnson of Fayetteville; brother, Sam Crawford of Bryon, Ill; and three grandchildren, Elizabeth Cloud, Randolph B. Cloud and Lori Maria Johnson. Services entrusted to Jernigan-Warren Funeral Home of Fayetteville.
