Fayetteville- Eva E. Smith, 91, died Tuesday, September 16, 2014, in her home. A memorial service will be held on Saturday, September 27, 2014 at 3pm in St. Matthews United Methodist Church. The burial will follow in Cumberland Memorial Gardens. The family will receive friends on Friday, September 26, 2014, from 6 to 8 pm at Jernigan-Warren. She is survived by daughters, Sharon Maynard and Nancy Roghman; son, Sidney Hopper; adopted son, Tommy Stewart; and 2 step-daughters, Adella Pray and Linda Henderson.
