Evelyn Lindsay Frease, 90, of Fayetteville, died Saturday, May 12, 2018.

Evelyn was born April 14, 1928 in Robeson County, to the late Willian Arthur Lindsay and Thelma Alberta Rogers Lindsay. She was a Member of Our Redeemer Lutheran Church. Funeral services will be held Monday, May 14, 2018 at 2 p.m. at Our Redeemer Lutheran Church with burial following in Gardens of Faith Cemetery in Lumberton. The family will receive friends at the church one hour prior to the service. She was preceded in death by the father of her children, George Collins, Jr.; husband, Paul W. Frease; son, Lindsey "Bear" Collins; grandson, Tilman McLellan; brothers, Raymond, Horace, Legrand, Wade and Lloyd Lindsay; sisters, Thelma Deparolis and Louise McLean. She is survived by her daughters, Martha Andrews and husband Danny of Lumberton, Faye Grimes and husband Stuart of Hope Mills, Kathy McVicker and husband Jim of Tar Heel; son, Michael Collins and wife Karen of Maplewood, MN.; step children, Donna Grey, Sandra Tyner and Michael Frease; brother, David Lindsay of Dillon, S.C.; 28 grandchildren and 24 great grandchildren; 1great great grandson.
