Faye Bledsoe Pate, 81, of Fayetteville passed away Friday, March 10, 2017.

Faye was born in Cumberland County on September 27, 1935 to the late Nellie Virginia and Stuart Lentz Bledsoe.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Bruce J. Pate and brother, Ted Bledsoe. Funeral services will be Tuesday, March 14, 2017 at 2:00 p.m. in Jernigan-Warren Chapel. Burial will follow in Cape Fear Baptist Church Cemetery in Gray's Creek. The family will receive friends at Jernigan-Warren Funeral Home Monday, March 13, 2017 from 6:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. and other times at the home of Donnie and JoAnn Pate 7243 Butler Nursery Rd. Fayetteville, N.C.

She is survived by her sons, Donnie Pate (JoAnn) of Fayetteville and Jamie Pate(Christina) of Fayetteville; daughters, Gail Zahran(Peter) of Fayetteville, Linda Davis (Larry) of St. Pauls, Lisa Davis (Richard) of Fayetteville; brother, Jimmy Bledsoe (Janice) of Hope Mills; sister-in-law, Faye Bledsoe of Hope Mills; grandchildren, Wendy Tew(Tony), Tara McAllister, Jamie Zahran(Adel), P.J. Zahran(Courtney), Robin Guy, Donald Pate, Jr. (Crystal), Daniel Peavey, April Davis, Gatlin Pate, Gage Pate, Ashley Williams(Marshall), Jonathan Gunther(Kendall), Jessica Davis, Richard Davis, Jr., great grandchildren, Tyler, Chase, Paxton, Stella, Ranya, Zain, Sophie, Jasmine, Jessica, Conner, Landon, Paten, Ryder, Ava, Andrew, Evan; great-great grandchildren, Jacy and Julian; nephews, Christopher Bledsoe, Kenneth Bledsoe, Billy Bledsoe and nieces, Diane Godbold, Tammy Cole and Julie Parker.
