Frances Bevans Hesser, 90, of Fayetteville, formerly of Altoona, PA. passed away on Wednesday, August 11, 2021 at Carolina Inn with her family by her side.
Frances was born in Carrolltown, PA. on November 14, 1930 to the late William Paul Coveney and Mary Catherine Wineland Coveney.
