Mr. Frank Jefferson Raynor, Jr., 69, of Fayetteville died Sunday, May 28, 2017.

A memorial service will be held on Sunday, June 4, 2017 at 2:30 pm in Camp Ground United Methodist Church with Rev. Thomas Greener and Rev. Sarah Pitts presiding. The family will receive friends prior to the service from 1:30 to 2:30 at the church.

Frank was retired from the NC State Department of Human Resources after 30 years of service. He was a lifetime member of Camp Ground UMC.

He is survived by his wife of 49 ½ years, Barbara S. Raynor; daughter, Sarah Raynor Freligh and husband Andrew of Oak Island; son, Frank Jefferson Raynor, III. of Fayetteville; 2 grandchildren, Erica Freligh and Michael Freligh; and a sister, Margaret Raynor Boscoe of California.
